Dr. Kelly and Dr. McCarthy will have example lab tests (Great Plains OAT, environmental toxins and Glyphosate), explain lab collections, provide handouts on nutritious lunch menus, and more, following the presentations. Both doctors will also be available for Q&A.
Anne Kelly, MD, MPH completed her residency and research fellowship at the University of Minnesota and was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics for nearly 20 years. Her research and clinical practice focused on health care models that improve the lives of children with complex chronic conditions such as autism. Dr. Kelly is currently the founder and president of Nutrition Ignition Inc., the medical director for Holland Biomedical clinic and Minnesota Hyperbarics, a member of the International Hyperbarics Association and completing certification in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine and Medical Academy for Pediatrics.
Dr. McCarthy went to medical school at Michigan State University, graduating in 1987. His residency was completed at the University of Minnesota and he was Board Certified in Pediatrics in 1991. He has a particular interest in sports medicine and promoting healthier life-styles for children. He has 2 sons. In his free time he enjoys watersports.
